why balanced empathy matters

I created this workshop because through my work I have found highly influential leaders and managers have strong balanced empathy skills. Understanding other's perspectives and motivations helps them be better listeners and have more influence in others.  However, gaining awareness of the reality of others can hamper decision making if there is not a clear sense of responsibilities.
