Good relationships allow you to more effectively help your client and have more ease in your work. As you know it is not always easy to work with clients and families when special needs are present. Strong emotions such as grief, fear, or overwhelm will oftentimes get in the way of you being able to provide the best service you can bring.

Who is armando
Armando helps businesses and organizations transform their group and individual performance. Armando was a Service Coordinator at San Andreas Regional Center for 10 years, and has over a decade of experience leading workshops and working with individuals, families, and businesses. He developed and imparted the Value Based Communication classes of the PAPAS program in Santa Cruz County, where he helped families improve their communication, relationships, and overall quaity of life. He holds a B.A. from University of California at Santa Cruz where he graduated with Honors. Armando has also been certified for mediation through the Santa Cruz Mediation Center and completed a 9 month Radical Counseling Training through Interchange. He has taught and practiced Non-violent Communication and Mindfulness Meditation for the last 10 years.
