Short guided practices help quiet mental overload and bring attention inward. Youâll be invited to reflect on your current patterns, how burnout is showing up, and what what needs change.Â
Frameworks for Making Sense of Burnout
Burnout is easier to work with when you have language for it. Musical metaphors and simple frameworks are used to help you understand whatâs driving your exhaustion and what you can do to restore energy.Â
