For nearly 30 years, he has worked alongside leaders and teams to strengthen communication, develop resilient workplace cultures, and help organizations reach their full potential. Before becoming an independent consultant, Armando spent nearly three decades working within organizations, giving him firsthand experience with the challenges leaders and teams face every day.
His approach combines organizational development, facilitated dialogue, mindfulness, and the universal language of music to make complex organizational dynamics visible and accessible. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, he helps organizations discover the strengths they already possess and identify the next steps that create meaningful, lasting change.
