Five Live Online Gatherings

Sundays, 11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. Pacific Time

January 31 · February 7 · February 21 · February 28 · March 7, 2027

The world is changing around us—sometimes gradually, sometimes with unsettling speed. In such a time, it can be difficult to know where we stand, what we stand for, and what part we might play in what is unfolding.

Inspired by Mary Oliver’s invitation to recognize our place “in the family of things,”  At Home in the World brings Armando Alcaraz into conversation with poets, writers, wisdom teachers, and other voices of deep insight.

Each gathering combines an intimate conversation with music-guided reflection, contemplation and meditation, creating space to consider questions such as:

  • What is this moment asking of us?
  • What helps us remain grounded amid uncertainty?
  • What do we want to stand for?
  • What is our contribution  —imperfect as it might be?

What Each Gathering Includes

Each gathering begins with an intimate 40-minute conversation with the featured guest, exploring how they understand meaning, belonging, uncertainty, and our place in a changing world.

After a brief pause, Armando guides participants through meditation and music-guided reflection for the next 45 minutes—creating space to move from listening to the guest toward listening more deeply within. Each session closes with an opportunity for shared insight.

Come and join us to find a new perspective and a deeper awareness of how you want to meet the world.

Join us this coming January!
