Song of the Self
Listen Inward. Begin Anew.
Â
A New Year's retreat of music, meditation, poetry, and reflection
An Invitation to Return to Yourself
Â
In winter, we naturally want to turn toward the hearth, toward warmth and quiet. However, often winter can be a time of stress and overwhelm.
Â
You are invited to leave the world of hustle and bustle for a few hours, and come to a space of quiet and reflection where you will be able to listen deeply for the Song of the Self.
Â
I will lead you in guided meditation and contemplation with live classical guitar, and support your path of rediscovering the self. You will emerge renewed, with clear intentions for the coming year and a deeper commitment to your own path.Â

Reflections from Past Retreat Participants:
Lynn LeRose
“Armando’s kind and gentle welcome was immediately calming as I embraced his invitation to meditate and weave his poetic music into my breath. The music carried me to places unknown as the cradled words effortlessly brought healing, insight, and form.”
Linda Bloombecker, LMFT, PhD
“Rarely have I participated in such a deep and meaningful event as Music of Mindfulness with Armando Alcaraz. I received insights about my own relationships and brought light into my life which gave me a new shining perspective. I have since shared the wisdom from the workshop with my clients.”
Michelle Newman, Sound Healer
“…it was a sweet, loving and peaceful afternoon of music and heart-love floating in and out of my being. I felt so comforted by the weaving of Armando’s voice and beautiful guitar melodies and harmonies. Armando has a beautiful gift to share with ALL.”
